Leadership

IUPUI Honors Scholars will be leaders in science, industry, their communities, and in global affairs. IUPUI offers opportunities to develop and enhance leadership skills through leadership programs, seminars, involvement in organizations, and civic participation in our community. Leaders make a difference.

Imagine the Possibilities...

Lead IUPUI is a new experience designed by Campus and Community Life for students like you looking to make a difference in your world. Lead IUPUI provides a complete leadership program to meet the needs and levels of all IUPUI students. You will gain the knowledge, tools, and ideas to bring about change in your world.

Lead IUPUI Seminars are geared toward your individual involvement on campus and leadership experiences. Emerging Leaders Seminars help you explore your own leadership style while learning basic leadership concepts. Advanced Leaders Seminars are geared towards the more "seasoned" leader and explore more abstract leadership concepts while further developing your own leadership style. Fraternity and Sorority Life Seminars are for students who are affiliated with a chapter at IUPUI and focus on issues and topics specifically important for these organizations. The SOLD (Student Organization Leadership Development) seminars are targeted specifically for student organization members or students who are interested in starting their own student organization.

Leadership Link is a monthly e-newsletter sent to students at IUPUI who are eager to learn more about leadership and how to become involved on campus. Leadership Link provides students a monthly "Leadership Lesson" written by a campus or community leader, outlines a leadership tip of the month, and notifies students of upcoming leadership workshops and campus events.

The Leadership Resource Center is a service of Lead IUPUI in the Campus & Community Life office located in the IUPUI Campus Center, suite 370. Leadership reference materials range from video tapes, books, to interactive workbooks. Our materials are available for check-out to all IUPUI students, faculty, and staff for personal use at no charge.
